For many people, the holiday season is synonymous with cookies and other sweet treats. So what do you do when you’re trying to lose weight?  Good thing we have a list of healthy holiday cookie recipes for you!

Believe it or not, you don’t have to give up the holidays cookies in order to keep your health goals on track! Making a few healthy substitutions will allow you to continue to enjoy some of your favorite seasonal treats without derailing your diet.
